Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to identify top talent for our client base.
- Manage and update job postings on various recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing needs for local industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing strategies.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
