Responsibilities
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
