Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions to ensure rapid response times.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the placement team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a strong plus but not strictly required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
