Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Update and manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks in the local Virginia Beach market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related HR function is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated and resilient with a strong desire to exceed performance targets.
