Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Interviewing: Conduct effective phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Placement Support: Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions using various recruiting channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client hiring requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
