Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define success criteria.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (Part-time experience considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the Oakland and Bay Area job market is a plus.
