Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source candidates and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (optional for remote roles).
