Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time, temporary, and contract positions across Portland metropolitan area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and candidate pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and feedback
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (staffing agency background preferred)
- Proven success in sourcing and placing part-time/contract professionals
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Portland's local job market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
