Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions across tech, healthcare, and professional services
- Conduct engaging virtual interviews and assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and position candidates effectively
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precision, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical or healthcare recruiting experience with staffing agencies
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess soft skills and cultural alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- ATS certification or equivalent technical recruiting training preferred
