- Coordinate and dispatch qualified candidates to client sites during night shift hours
- Manage emergency staffing requests and last-minute placement needs
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews overnight for urgent positions
- Maintain accurate staffing records and real-time assignment tracking
- Provide exceptional client support and resolve staffing issues promptly
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
