Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate briefs, and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and nurture candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales, internship experience considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings.
