Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for potential candidates.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with job order intake and client communication.
- Participate in local networking events and job fairs to build our talent pool.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
