Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in weekend shift positions across Milwaukee
- Manage candidate interviews and onboarding processes for weekend assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers needing weekend staffing
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for weekend staff
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging weekend job trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients on weekends
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent customer service role
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic knowledge of Wisconsin labor regulations
