Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in weekend shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate with clients to understand weekend staffing requirements and match top talent
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Generate weekly staffing reports and analyze weekend placement metrics for continuous improvement
- Build and nurture relationships with local talent networks focused on weekend availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven ability to work independently and manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday coordination
