Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis job market preferred
