Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and overnight shift positions across diverse industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with candidates during weekend hours
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate records accurately
- Facilitate onboarding for temporary weekend staff
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Attend weekend job fairs and recruitment events across NYC boroughs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in shift-based roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid New York State driver's license for occasional client visits
