Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely during night operations.
- Execute accurate inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on products before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanners.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must possess a valid state ID.
