Responsibilities
- Manage the night shift schedule, ensuring accurate headcount and coverage for all client sites.
- Coordinate with day shift leads to ensure seamless transitions and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for temporary night shift personnel.
- Monitor performance metrics and quality assurance during night operations.
- Resolve immediate staffing issues and employee concerns during off-hours.
- Assist with payroll tracking and timekeeping for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or shift management preferred.
- Must be available to work 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a quiet environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
