Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle high volumes of phone calls and emails from job seekers during evening hours.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Job Posting Management: Update job boards and internal databases with relevant roles and qualifications.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with hiring managers to fill urgent night-shift vacancies.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with completing paperwork and scheduling their first shifts.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure all candidate data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a quiet environment.
