Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews for incoming night shift applicants.
- Manage and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate status and track metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and agency standards during evening hours.
- Collaborate with branch management to forecast staffing needs for the overnight shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary workers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation (evenings may have limited public transit options).
