As a Staffing Agency professional in our Night Shift division, you will play a pivotal role in meeting the 24/7 operational needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to drive results while the city sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews for night shift positions across various industries.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust database of potential candidates and actively source talent through networking and social media platforms.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their night shift staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Administrative Accuracy: Process employment applications, background checks, and drug screenings with strict attention to compliance and detail.
- Shift Coordination: Coordinate schedules for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring 24/7 coverage for client operations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in the Charlotte staffing sector to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilience: Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels during night hours.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
