Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for weekend shifts across Omaha
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses requiring weekend staffing
- Coordinate logistics for weekend assignments including scheduling and onboarding
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging weekend staffing opportunities
- Track performance metrics and report to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Knowledge of Nebraska labor laws and compliance requirements
