Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for night shift positions across Denver metro area
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and 24/7 service providers
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including skills verification and background checks
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations including scheduling, payroll coordination, and performance tracking
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill overnight roles using digital and community networks
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment processes for night shift efficiency
- Provide exceptional client support and resolve staffing challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience with emphasis on shift-based roles
- Proven track record placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or hospitality night shifts
- Strong knowledge of Denver's labor market and overnight employment landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management software
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including overnight hours for candidate meetings
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation
