Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations including scheduling, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, metrics, and pipeline optimization
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage needs with agility
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workforce transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably in night shift environments
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication skills with comfort in virtual and in-person night settings
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for after-hours client meetings
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure, fast-changing situations
- Preferred certification: CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) or SHRM-CP
