Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for various positions in the Houston area.
- Manage and update candidate databases within our ATS system.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
