Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for night shift positions.
- Shift Coordination: Schedule and coordinate staff deployments to ensure 100% coverage during night shifts.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide quality feedback.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues during off-hours.
