Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and service requirements
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Facilitate onboarding processes for night shift placements
- Monitor staffing performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with local employers to expand client portfolio
- Coordinate emergency staffing solutions during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proven experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
