Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various temporary and permanent positions within our client network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Coordinate shifts and schedule temporary staff for clients efficiently.
- Resolve staffing issues and operational challenges that arise during the night shift.
- Update candidate databases and track placements accurately using our ATS.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screenings for prospective hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Reliable transportation is a must for local travel to client sites.
