- Facilitate onboarding processes for night shift placements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record placing candidates in logistics, healthcare, or security
- Exceptional communication skills with flexibility for night availability
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Miami market knowledge and local professional network
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
