Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities and warehouses
- Recruit and vet candidates for night shift positions via phone and virtual interviews
- Manage real-time scheduling and emergency staffing requests
- Conduct onboarding for new night shift employees
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Build relationships with clients to understand their overnight operational needs
- Generate weekly staffing reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations (HRHA, OSHA)
