Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours (8 PM - 5 AM)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires at client facilities
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records in ATS systems
- Build relationships with local employers to understand overnight staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols for night shift roles
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight site visits
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work during non-traditional hours
- Knowledge of Kansas City's industrial and healthcare landscape
- Ability to handle high-volume candidate pipelines during peak night shift demand
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
