Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for night shift roles across diverse industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job postings, candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and contract terms with clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of staffing trends and salary benchmarks in the Seattle area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment during evening hours.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
