Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule temporary staff for night shift assignments across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new night shift applicants, ensuring compliance and quick deployment.
- Handle shift swaps, time-off requests, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding staffing levels, availability, and performance.
- Communicate daily with clients to assess staffing needs, provide status updates, and resolve immediate issues.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols during night operations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct briefings with incoming night shift teams to ensure they are informed, prepared, and motivated.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment coordination, or human resources operations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work nights, specifically from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using scheduling software (e.g., Workday, Lever, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
