What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Staffing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between top talent and employers during the evening hours. Your expertise will help us fill critical roles in logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Screen Candidates: Conduct phone and video screenings for night shift roles (Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality) to assess skills and availability.
- Match Talent: Utilize our ATS to match qualified candidates with open client positions based on skills and availability.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers during evening hours.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with client managers, providing updates on candidate status and availability.
- Data Management: Ensure all candidate data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies in the system.
- Issue Resolution: Handle candidate inquiries and placement issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with limited supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
