Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing placements for 15+ healthcare and industrial clients
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch for 100+ night shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing issues within 2-hour response time
- Conduct onboarding for night shift candidates during evening hours
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance analytics
- Build relationships with night shift supervisors at client sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or agency coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight operations
- Advanced knowledge of Florida labor laws and compliance
- Proficient in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work 4x10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
