Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard overnight candidates for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments and emergency coverage requests during night shifts
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and client-specific scheduling requirements
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workforce transitions
- Track key metrics including fill rates, candidate quality, and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with overnight workforce candidates
- Process payroll documentation and maintain accurate staffing records
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Experience with night shift operations or 24/7 environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Texas labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for last-minute staffing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
