Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment techniques
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal fit
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Staying updated on labor market trends and competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and MS Office Suite
