Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temp-to-perm, contract, and direct-hire positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach, networking, and job board optimization
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and improve processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and CRM systems
- Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build new relationships quickly
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates/clients
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet quarterly KPIs
