Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions
- Developing deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Implementing innovative recruitment strategies using ATS and CRM systems
- Conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidate competencies
- Analyzing market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in IT/staffing agencies
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
