Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive tech candidates across Las Vegas' thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, DevOps, and data specialists
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ high-growth tech clients
- Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates
- Lead employer branding initiatives at local tech meetups and conferences
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and compliance
- Implement diversity recruitment strategies for inclusive tech teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Las Vegas or Southwest tech markets
- Proven track record placing specialized IT roles (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks and engineering workflows
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license for client site visits
