Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight and night shift positions across various industries
- Manage candidate database and job postings using our proprietary staffing platform
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers during night hours
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Track placement metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience or related HR background
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements in night shift environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
