Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of temporary and contract workers for night shifts, ensuring 100% coverage.
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates during off-hours to maintain a 24/7 staffing pipeline.
- Communicate with clients and employees regarding shift changes, availability, and pay rates.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping for the night shift workforce.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations in the evening hours.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses to identify and fill urgent staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, even in a quiet environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
