- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 50+ client sites across Greater Los Angeles
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch of qualified candidates via advanced ATS systems
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 15-minute response times
- Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation for night shift professionals
- Maintain 98% fill rate through proactive candidate pipeline management
- Analyze shift performance metrics and optimize staffing strategies
- Build relationships with overnight facility managers and department heads
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws for overnight work
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid California driver's license with clean record for emergency site visits
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse candidate pools
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable
