Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions for diverse client industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate staffing records through our ATS system
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at client facilities
- Handle urgent staffing needs and on-call emergencies during assigned shifts
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork for placed candidates
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift exposure
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing challenges
- Knowledge of New Mexico labor regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
