Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and light industrial sectors
- Manage client relationships and staffing contracts for overnight operations
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding processes for night shift hires
- Maintain accurate staffing databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve urgent staffing needs during overnight hours through rapid-response protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover and coverage continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing scenarios
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for client and candidate interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
