Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing operations for 15-20 active client accounts
- Source, screen, and deploy qualified candidates for 3rd shift assignments
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 2-hour response windows
- Maintain real-time workforce deployment via our proprietary digital platform
- Conduct shift-change handovers and performance documentation
- Collaborate with day-team leadership for seamless workflow continuity
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or logistics coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight operations
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license with clean record (client site visits required)
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Knowledge of Louisville's industrial corridor and transportation networks
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
