Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for high-demand night shift roles
- Manage client relationships with Minneapolis-based healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
- Oversee onboarding processes for night shift employees ensuring seamless integration into client operations
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and optimize staffing metrics for overnight shifts
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments across time zones to maintain 24/7 operational coverage

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in shift-based placements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits
