Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and customer service
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs for overnight operations
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for night shift roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless placement of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and track key performance metrics
- Provide after-hours support to both clients and candidates during night shift transitions
- Develop strategies to attract passive candidates for non-traditional work hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Proven success in placing candidates for night shift or rotational schedules
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's labor market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Illinois driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
