Responsibilities
- Lead the on-call rotation and incident response for critical production systems during night hours.
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex issues in a low-traffic, high-impact environment.
- Ensure security compliance and patch management for all hosted services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Linux shell scripting (Bash/Python) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred) and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
