Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for 24/7 facility and administrative roles.
- Screen and interview candidates specifically for night shift availability and reliability.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent within the Washington DC region.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand 24/7 operational needs and culture fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in the night shift sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (minimum 2 years).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with recruiting software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
